乡村治理共同体构建的内在逻辑、现实困境及其路径选择

构建乡村治理共同体能够有效提升乡村治理效能,从而为乡村振兴的最终实现提供坚实基础。乡村治理共同体通过建立以村民利益与文化为基础的治理体系,既契合了村民的利益诉求,又满足了村民的情感需求,从而调动村民参与村庄公共事务的主动性和积极性。当前,村民利益多元化、村庄传统文化公共性的消解是建设乡村治理共同体面临的现实困境。对此,需要重构乡村利益共同体,重塑乡村文化共同体,重新建构融合利益与文化为一体的乡村治理新机制。

The construction of rural governance community can effectively improve the efficiency of rural governance,so as to provide a solid foundation for the final realization of rural revitalization.By establishing a governance system based on vil⁃lagers'interests and culture,the rural governance community not only meets the interests of villagers,but also meets the emo⁃tional needs of villagers,so as to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of villagers to participate in village public affairs.At present,the diversification of villagers'interests and the elimination of the publicity of village traditional culture are the prac⁃tical difficulties faced by the construction of rural governance community.In this regard,it is necessary to reconstruct the ru⁃ral interest community,reshape the rural cultural community,and reconstruct a new rural governance mechanism integrating interest and culture.
