摘要
对于风冷冰箱,风道作为连接蒸发器和各间室、输送冷量的部件,与冰箱的制冷效率和整机能耗息息相关。通过对某司一款380 L的两门单系统风冷冰箱的冷冻风道进行仿真分析,找到影响冰箱冷量和能耗的影响因素;通过优化,将原有冷冻外循环的送风方式改为内循环,减小送风的冷量外泄、提高送风冷却效率,从而达到降低能耗1.27%、3.38%的效果。
For the air-cooled refrigerator,the air duct,as a part connecting the evaporator and each chamber,conveying cold capacity,which is closely related to the refrigeration effciency and energy consumption of the refrigerator.Through the simulation analysis of the air duct of a 380 L two-door single system air-cooled refrigerator of a certain company,the factors affecting the cooling capacity and energy consumption of the refrigerator are found.Through optimization,the original cooling air supply mode of external circulation was changed to internal circulation,so as to reduce the leakage of cooling amount of supply air and improve the cooling effciency of supply air,thus reducing energy consumption by 1.27%and 3.38%.
