摘要
冰箱风道系统作为冰箱产品的核心组件之一,其流场分布特性直接影响冰箱制冷效率。以某出口两门风冷冰箱为例,对初始风道结构进行仿真优化及实验测试。结果表明:新风道结构提升总出风量约17.44%,并改善了冷藏间室风量分配比例,使冷藏间室具备更佳的温度均匀性,降低了冷藏间室的凝露风险。
The air duct system of refrigerator is one of the core components of refrigerator products,and its flow field distribution characteristics directly affect the refrigeration effciency of refrigerator.Taking a two door air-cooled refrigerator as an example,the initial air duct structure is simulated,optimized and tested.The results show that the new air duct structure increases the total air output by about 17.44%,and improves the air distribution ratio of the refrigeration room,so that the refrigerated compartment has better temperature uniformity,and reduces the risk of condensation in the refrigerator compartment.
