摘要
通过对压缩机壳体表面的工作振型(ODS)测试,获得了压缩机壳体表面的径向、轴向、切向基频振动分布。通过构建包含内部结构的压缩机模型,利用ANSYS谐响应分析模块,对压缩机基频振动进行了模拟仿真。仿真结果与试验测试相吻合,实现了压缩机单体基频振动的准确计算,压缩机振动平均偏差小于12%。利用该仿真方法准确预测了不同方案压缩机的振动变化趋势,并最终使得压缩机切向振动降低23%,径向振动降低6%,轴向振动降低8%。
The radial,axial and tangential fundamental frequency vibration distributions of compressor are obtained by operational deflection shape(ODS)method on the surface of the compressor shell.The fundamental frequency vibration of the compressor is simulated by using ANSYS harmonic response analysis by constructing the compressor model with internal structure.The calculated results are in agreement with the test results,and the accurate calculation of the fundamental frequency vibration of the compressor is realized.The average deviation is less than 12%.By using this simulation method,the variation trend of the compressor with different schemes is predicted accurately,and the tangential,radial and axial fundamental frequency vibration of the compressor are reduced by 23%,6%and 8%respectively.
