摘要
煤层气地面集输工程是煤层气田开发中的重要环节,在气田开发过程中发现集输半径、煤层气井口剩余气压与煤层气采收率之间存在着制约关系。本文主要从集气工艺的要求开始分析,分析煤层气地面集输存在井口压力低、集输半径小、建设及运行成本高的问题,提出采用阀组增压的方式的解决方案,并做经济效益分析。
Coalbed methane surface gathering and transportation project is an important link in the development of coalbed methane field.In the process of g development,it is found that there is a restrictive relationship between gathering and transportation radius,residual gas pressure at coalbed methane well mouth and coalbed methane recovery.This paper mainly analyzes the requirements of gas gathering process,analyzes the problems of low wellhead pressure,small gathering radius and high construction and operation cost in coalbed methane surface gathering and transportation,puts forward the solution of valve group pressurization,and provides economic benefit analysis.
