基于Meta分析探讨耳穴压豆治疗痤疮的临床疗效

Meta-analysis of Randomized Controlled Study on Auricular Point Pressing Beans in Treatment of Acne

目的系统评价耳穴压豆治疗痤疮的有效性,并总结常用穴位的频次,为耳穴压豆治疗痤疮提供相关的循证学依据。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)以及PubMed中建库至2020年12月发表的耳穴压豆治疗痤疮文献。文献研究类型为随机对照试验,中英文不限;在进行文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价后采用Review Man 5.3软件对结局指标进行Meta分析。结果(1)最终纳入9篇文献,纳入的病例总数为920例。结果显示耳穴压豆组总有效率高于对照组[OR=3.47,95%CI(2.34,5.14),Z=6.18,I;=0%,P<0.00001],其中有5篇是采用耳穴压豆联合中药治疗对比单纯中药治疗的研究[OR=3.22,95%CI(1.99,5.23),Z=4.74,I;=0%,P<0.00001]差异均有统计学意义。(2)耳穴压豆组中穴位选取频次较高的穴位为肺、皮质下、内分泌、面颊。结论耳穴压豆对改善痤疮的皮损状况与生活质量均有效。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of auricular point pressing with beans in the treatment of acne by meta analysis,and summarize the frequency of common acupoints,so as to provide evidence-based basis for auricular point pressing with beans in the treatment of acne.Method We searched CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM and PubMed from December 2020.After literature selection,data extraction and quality evaluation,the Meta-analysis of outcome indicators was performed by using ReviewMan5.3.Results(1)Eight articles were included,including 860 cases.The results showed that the total effective rate of auricular point beans pressing group was higher than that of the control group[OR=3.47,95%CI(2.34,5.14),Z=6.18,I;=0%,P<0.00001].Among the included literature,5 were studies on auricular point beans pressing combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment compared with simple traditional Chinese medicine treatment[OR=3.22,95%CI(1.99,5.23),Z=4.74,I;=0%,P<0.00001]and the differences were statistically significant.(2)In the experimental group,the ear acupoints with higher frequency were lung,endocrine,subcortical and cheek.Conclusion Auricular bean pressing is effective in improving the skin lesions and quality of life of acne.
