丹参川芎嗪注射液联合甲钴胺、α-硫辛酸对糖尿病周围神经病变治疗效果及对氧化应激反应的影响

Effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection Combined with Mecobalamin andα-Lipoic Acid on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and Oxidative Stress

目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合甲钴胺、α-硫辛酸对糖尿病周围神经病变治疗效果及对氧化应激反应的影响。方法将120例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,各60例。对照组予以甲钴胺、α-硫辛酸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后多伦多临床评分(TCSS),氧化应激反应指标,包括血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH),神经传导速度。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TCSS评分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);SOD、MDA、TAOC等指标两组均有改善,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);神经传导速度两组均增加,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合甲钴胺、α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可协同西药发挥更佳的治疗效果,提高临床疗效,抗氧化应激反应,减轻临床症状,促进神经功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection combined with mecobalamin andα-lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and oxidative stress.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given mecobalamin andα-lipoic acid.The observation group was treated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,Toronto clinical score(TCS)and oxidative stress indexes including serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),reduced glutathione(GSH)and nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCSs in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).SOD,MDA,TAOC and other indicators were improved in both groups,and those of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nerve conduction velocity was increased in both groups,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Injection combined with mecobalamin andα-lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can cooperate with western medicine to play a better therapeutic effect,improve clinical efficacy and anti-oxidation stress response,reduce clinical symptoms,and promote nerve function recovery.It is worthy of promoting.
