基于数据挖掘《傅青主男科》治疗小儿疾病用药规律

Analysis of The Rules of Medication Use of"Fu Qingzhu Andrology"in the Treatment of Infantile Diseases Based on Data Mining

目的探究《傅青主男科》中治疗小儿疾病的处方用药特色及规律。方法从《傅青主男科》中提取小儿疾病的医案方药信息,建立“《傅青主男科》治疗小儿疾病用药的Microsoft Excel数据库”,分析药物的气味与归经;同时SPSS 25.0进行系统聚类分析,SPSS Modeler 14.1关联规则分析。结果共36个方,63味中药,频数≥2次的药物27味,排名前10为甘草、茯苓、柴胡、白术、白芍、当归、半夏、山楂、人参、黄连,累计使用151次,其中补益脾胃、调畅气机药使用频率较高;四气主要有寒、温、平;五味主要有甘、苦、辛,体现了辛通苦降甘补的思想;归经药物主要入脾(胃)与肺(大肠)经。通过聚类分析,得到10类药物,可知傅氏多用补益、消导之药;关联规则聚类分析,傅氏治疗儿科疾病整体用药轻灵,剂量分明,药量与病机相符,体现小儿易虚易实的发病特点;结论:《傅青主男科》治疗小儿疾病,注重小儿体质,用药补益和疏调入手,圆机活法,切合病机。

Objective To explore the characteristics and rules of prescription drugs in the book"Fu Qingzhu Andrology"for the treatment of pediatric diseases.Methods Extract the medical records and prescriptions of pediatric diseases from"Fu Qing Zhu Andrology",and esta blish the"Microsoft Excel database of"Fu Qing Zhu Andrology"medications for pediatric diseases"to analyze the smell and meridian of the drugs;meanwhile,SPSS 25.0 performs systematic clustering analysis,SPSS Modeler 14.1 Association Rules Analysis.Results A total of 36 prescriptions,63 traditional Chinese medicines,27 drugs with a frequency of≥2 times,among the top 10 are licorice,Poria,Bupleurum,Atractylodes,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Angelica,Pinellia,Hawthorn,Ginseng,Coptis chinensis,cumulative use of 151 Frequency,among which the medicines for replenishing the spleen and stomach and regulating qi are used more frequently;the four qi are mainly cold,warm and calm;the five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent,which reflects the idea of xintong bitter lowering sweet and nourishing;Enter the spleen(stomach)and lungs(large intestine)meridian.Through cluster analysis,10 types of drugs are obtained,which shows that Fu’s multiple use of tonic and diminishing drugs;cluster analysis of association rules,Fu’s overall medication for pediatric diseases is light,the dosage is clear,the amount of medicine is consistent with the pathogenesis,and it reflects the ease of children The characteristics of the incidence of deficiency and change.Conclusion"Fu Qingzhu Andrology"treats children’s diseases,pays attention to children’s physique,uses medicine to replenish and relaxes the disease.
