Objective To investigate the application of acupoint application and needle embedding therapy intervention combined with oxaliplatin to relieve nausea and vomiting symptoms of breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 100 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to the hospital in the past 3 years were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received oxaliplatin treatment, and those in the observation group were treated with acupoint application and needle embedding on the basis of the control group. The occurrence of adverse reactions, the total effective rate of treatment, and the anxiety and depression of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).SDS/SAS self-measurement scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application and needle embedding therapy combined with oxaliplatin therapy can effectively assist breast cancer patients in symptomatic treatment. The recovery of patients is more optimistic and there are fewer adverse reactions, and it is worthy of promotion.
