科研项目的申报和立项是高校科研实力的一个重要体现。当前,地方高校需要从科研管理提质上档、在服务地方中做大做优科研团队、科研人员的成长机制要畅通开来等三个方面采取措施,提高科研水平。

The quantity and quality of scientific research projects reflect the improvement of scientific research capacity in universities.The application and approvement of projects is an important embodiment of college scientific research stregth.Currently,provincial universities need to improve their scientific research level from the following three aspects:the promotion of the quality and grade in terms of management,the improvement of team’s scale and excellence in terms of its service for the local aeras and assuring a smooth and responding growth mechanism for the scientific researchers.
