大数据时代高校图书馆特色馆藏资源的知识发现

Knowledge discovery of characteristic collection resources of university library in the era of big data

高校图书馆的馆藏资源一般具有量大、品种齐全、知识的权威性强、前瞻性和引领性突出等优势特点。大数据背景下高校图书馆特色馆藏资源的知识发现服务需求表现为:高等教育供给侧结构改革需要深度发掘高校特色馆藏资源;高校以“知识产权”为核心的竞争力需要深度发掘高校特色馆藏资源;高校特色文化软实力的塑造无法离开特色馆藏资源开发。大数据背景下高校图书馆特色馆藏资源的知识发现应当遵循呈现方式的多元主体合作原则、组织方式的任务性原则、开发方式的国际合作原则。特色馆藏资源的知识发现有以下几种路径:基于云端的特色馆藏资源数据化策略、基于学术大数据的个性化推送策略、建立以学术问题为导向的“任务型知识发现组织”策略。

In a complete social knowledge supply system,university library is an extremely important subject,this is because the university library collection resources generally have the advantages of large quantity,complete varieties,authoritative knowledge,forward-looking and leading prominent characteristics.In the context of big data,the demand for knowledge discovery service of characteristic collection resources of university libraries is shown as follows:first,the supply-side structural reform of higher education requires in-depth exploration of characteristic collection resources of university libraries.Second,the competitiveness of universities with"intellectual property rights"as the core needs to explore the characteristic collection resources of universities.Thirdly,the soft power of characteristic culture of colleges and universities cannot be shaped without the development of characteristic collection resources.Under the background of big data,the knowledge discovery of characteristic collection resources in university libraries should follow the principle of multi-subject cooperation in the way of presentation,the principle of task-based organization and the principle of international cooperation in the way of development.As a countermeasure,this paper proposes the strategy of digitalization of featured collection resources based on cloud,personalized push strategy based on academic big data,and the establishment of"task-based knowledge discovery organization"strategy oriented by academic problems.
