“双高计划”背景下,加强高水平软件专业群的校企共建具有多方面优势,具体表现在:凸显资源整合的优势、发挥实践教学的优势、焦聚双师队伍的优势、形成特色办学的优势。高水平软件专业群校企共建模式主要分为“设备共享”“技术推广”“岗位承包”“校企共训”等。基于“双高计划”的目标方向,深化高水平软件专业群校企共建,应遵循以下策略,即:搭建运作平台,共谋校企双赢;完善交叉管理体系,共探合作机制;建设实训基地,共担育人职责;优化利益分配,共享发展成果。
