摘要
为适应信息化发展需要,加快信息化建设是高职院校改革发展的迫切要求。基于“全生命周期管理”理论视角,在对高职院校招标采购管理工作信息化建设的现实挑战分析的基础上,结合某高职院校构建全流程电子化采购系统管理新模式的实践,对比分析了系统建成前、建成后的服务成效与管理效率。通过研究分析旨在探讨创新高职院校招标采购管理新模式的现实路径,从而更好地为服务学校中心工作提供条件保障。
To meet the needs of informatization development,accelerating informatization construction is an urgent requirement of the reform and development of higher vocational colleges.Based on the theoretical perspective of"life cycle management",on the basis of analyzing the realistic challenges of informatization construction of bidding and procurement management,and combining with the practice of constructing a new management mode of whole process electronic procurement system in higher vocational colleges,the service effectiveness and management efficiency before and after completion of the system are comparatively analyzed.Through research and analysis,it aims to explore the realistic path of innovating the new mode of bidding and procurement management in higher vocational colleges,so as to better provide conditions for serving the central work of schools.
