关工委在高职学生团体中发挥育人作用的思考

Reflection of the Educational Role of the Working Committee of Caring for the Next Generation in Higher Vocational College Student Groups

高职院校关心下一代工作委员会是培养高职学生的重要助力。当前,高职院校关工委在学生团体教育中,存在重视程度不足、组织建设滞后、工作举措陈旧等问题。针对上述问题,并结合高职院校学生团体的发展特点,从加强队伍建设进行结构创新、整合关工委资源进行模式创新、根植理想信念进行方法创新等方面,积极探索高职院校将关心下一代工作融入学生团体教育的有效途径,提升关工委在高职学生团体中的育人成效。

The Working Committee of Caring for the Next Generation in higher vocational colleges is very helpful for the cultivation of higher vocational college students.At present,there are some problems such as insufficient attention,lagging organization construction,and outdated working initiatives in the student group education by the Committees in higher vocational colleges.In view of the above problems and combining with the development characteristics of student groups in higher vocational colleges,we actively explore the effective ways for higher vocational colleges to integrate the work of caring for the next generation into student group education from aspects of strengthening team construction for structural innovation,integrating the resources of the committee for mode innovation and rooting in ideals and beliefs for method innovation,so as to improve the educational effectiveness of the Committee in higher vocational college student groups.
