TiO_(2)光催化甲酸水溶液产氢性能研究

摘要 以水热法制备TiO_(2)光催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱(UV-vis)等表征手段考察结构及形貌,以Pt和Pd为助催化剂,甲酸为牺牲剂,使用光催化反应器评价TiO_(2)光催化含甲酸废水的产氢性能。结果表明,制备的TiO_(2)为锐钛矿型、尺寸均匀的球形颗粒,具有较强的光吸收能力。Pt和Pd助催化剂加入明显提高了TiO_(2)光催化产氢活性,选择性最好的是Pd/TiO_(2),产氢速率为1.457 mmol/h。 In order to investigate the feasibility of organic wastewater containing formic acid as sacrificial agent in photocatalytic decomposition of water for hydrogen production,TiO_(2) catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method.The morphology and composition of the catalysts were tested by SEM(scanning electron microscope)XRD(X-ray diffraction),UV-vis DRS(UV-Vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectroscopy)and other analytical methods.The Pt,Pd as cocatalyst,methane acid were used as sacrificial agent.The experimental results show that the prepared TiO_(2) was tittitanium and uniform spherical particle size,it has a strong light absorption capacity.The addition of the Pt,Pd cocatalyst significantly improved the hydrogen production activity of TiO_(2) photocatalyt.The best selectivity was Pd/TiO_(2) and the hydrogen production rate was 0.1457 mmol/h.
