价值共创研究热点与发展趋势评述--基于国内外研究的对比视角

A Review of Research Hotspots and Development Trend of Value Co-creation——A Comparative Perspective of Domestic and Foreign Research

价值共创是参与价值创造的利益相关者通过交换服务或互动体验而共创共享的动态过程。价值共创不仅是企业的竞争优势来源,更是企业创新的重要力量。基于国内外价值共创研究的文献,对价值共创研究领域年近20年来发表的文献进行了可视化分析、共现聚类分析及突现分析,系统地展示了价值共创领域的研究热点和发展趋势。研究结果表明:国外价值共创研究历经理论研究、顾客参与体验及外部生态系统研究,现正向互联网技术服务和数字化服务转型;国内的价值共创研究主要针对营销领域的服务生态系统,研究需进一步深入、拓展。

Value co-creation is a dynamic process in which stakeholders participating in value creation co-create or share through the exchange of services and interactive experiences.Value co-creation is not only a source of compe titive advantage for enterprises,but also an important force for enterprise innovation.Based on the bibliometric analysis of value co-creation research at home and abroad,this study conducted visual statistical analysis,co-occurrence cluster analysis and emergence analysis of the literature published in value co-creation research from 2000 to 2021,and systematically demonstrated value co-creation.Research hotspots and development trends in the field of innovation.The research results show that international value co-creation research has undergone theoretical research,customer participation experience,and external ecosystem research,and is now transforming to Internet technology services and digital services;domestic value co-creation research mainly focuses on service ecosystem research in the marketing field,which needs to further deepened and expanded.
