智慧广电数据治理建设升级方案研究

Research on Upgrading Scheme of Intelligent broadcasting Data Governance Construction

本文属于智慧广电建设升级方案研究中的一篇,前文已经介绍智慧广电体系主要由智慧内容生产、智慧内容传播、智慧服务供给、智慧监测监管、智慧生态、智慧引擎和智慧安全保障等七大板块构成。其中,智慧引擎板块包括数据治理和智慧算法两大部分,在研究过程中,项目组认为是否具有充分运用数据和算法的能力,实现相关流程的智慧化,是智慧广电和传统广电的显著区别。本文将对智慧引擎中数据治理部分,提出数据治理体系架构和目标,为实现智慧广电数据治理的目标从数据业务化和业务数据化两方面提出能力要求,最后给出六点提升能力的建设升级实施方案纲要建议。

This paper belongs to researches on construction and upgrading scheme of intelligent broadcasting.As introduced earlier,intelligent broadcasting system is mainly composed of seven major sectors,including intelligent content production,intelligent content dissemination,intelligent service supply,intelligent monitoring and supervision,intelligent ecology,intelligent engine and intelligent security guarantee.Among them,intelligent engine section includes two major parts,which are data governance and intelligent algorithm.During research process,project team believes that whether it has the ability to make full use of data and algorithms and realize the intelligence of relevant processes is a significant difference between intelligent broadcasting and traditional one.This paper puts forward data governance architecture and objectives for data governance part of intelligent engine,puts forward capacity requirements from two aspects of data businessization and business dataization in order to achieve the goal of intelligent broadcasting data governance,and finally gives six suggestions on construction and upgrading implementation scheme to improve capacity.
