Developing smart radio and television is an inevitable trend for radio and television technology to adapt to social development.To realize intelligent production,transmission and broadcasting of radio and television products,and to integrate radio and television more deeply into political,economic and social life,it is necessary to build a basic platform integrating information dissemination,comprehensive management and social services,which is an important foundation for the realization of smart radio and television.This paper introduces construction scheme of municipal-level omnimedia command,dispatching and supervision platform in Zhaotong from technical point of view for reference.
