摘要
研究颗粒粒径、体系pH值、电解质、体系粘度、表面活性剂对稀土抛光粉颗粒在浆料中沉降速度的影响,结果表明沉降速度与粒径大小成正比;pH越高沉降速度越慢;浆料pH在8.0~8.5、黏度1000~1200 cps、使用阴离子表面活性剂可获得较慢沉降速度,EDTA-4Na可屏蔽Ca^(2+)影响;使用聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、EDTA-4Na配制质量分数为10%的固含量浆料静置5 h仍保持较高的浓度.
The effects of particle size,pH,electrolyte type,viscosity and surfactant on the settling velocity of rare earth polishing powder particles in slurry were studied.The results showed that the settling velocity was proportional to the particle size.The selected conditions for a slower sedimentation rate were as follows:pH value was from 8.0 to 8.5,the viscosity was 1000 to 1200 cps,and slower sedimentation rates were achieved with anionic surfactants.The addition of EDTA-4Na could effectively shield the effect of Ca^(2+).The 10%mass fraction solid slurry prepared with sodium polyacrylate,polyvinyl alcohol and EDTA-4Na still kept high Baume degree after standing for 5 hours.
