督脉半灸法联合右归丸治疗肾阳虚型青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床研究

Clinical Study of Du Meridian Semi-Moxibustion Combined with Yougui Pill in Treating Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Type

目的:探析督脉半灸法联合右归丸对肾阳虚型青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:将68例符合纳入标准的肾阳虚型青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为对照组(34例)与治疗组(34例)。对照组口服右归丸治疗,1次1丸,1日3次。治疗组在常规服用右归丸的基础上加用督脉半灸法,每15 d治疗1次。两组疗程均为3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、中医症状、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白浓度以及红细胞计数的各项评分变化。结果:经分组治疗后治疗组总有效率、对中医症状的总体改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血红蛋白浓度及红细胞计数均较治疗前明显升高,子宫内膜厚度较治疗前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组疗效更为显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:督脉半灸法联合右归丸治疗肾阳虚型青春期功能失调性子宫出血具有显著的临床疗效。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Du Meridian semi-moxibustion combined with Yougui Pill in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding of Kidney-Yang deficiency type.Methods:68 patients,who met the inclusion criteria of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding of Kidney-Yang deficiency type,were randomly divided into the control group(n=34)and the treatment group(n=34).The control group was treated with Yougui Pill,one pill per time,three times a day;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Du Meridian semi-moxibustion,once every 15 days.Both groups were treated for three months.TCM symptoms,endometrial thickness,hemoglobin concentration and RBC count were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate and the overall improvement in TCM symptoms were significantly better in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin concentration and RBC count were significantly higher,and the endometrial thickness was significantly lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Du Meridian semi-moxibustion combined with Yougui Pill has a remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding of Kidney-Yang deficiency type.
