从针刺禁忌看“近部取穴”

‘Local Points Selection’from Perspective of Acupuncture Contraindication

基于古今藏象理论和经络学说,探讨近部取穴理论依据和取穴范围,结合针刺禁忌,总结近部穴位取用受限原因,并提出灵活选穴、精选刺法、把握深度和巧妙施针等方法改变现状,以头面胸腹部针刺要领为例,规范近部取穴操作,以期提高临床疗效的同时保证针刺安全。

Based on the theory of ancient and modern viscera theory and meridian theory,this study discussed the theoretical basis and range of local points selection,combined with acupuncture contraindication.It concluded the limitation of local points selection and put forward the flexible points selection,needling manipulations,the depth and ingenious methods of needling to change the status quo.Take the needling around head,face and chest for example,it normalized the manipulations of local points,aiming to improve the clinical curative effect and ensure the safety of acupuncture.
