低功耗节点射频供能高效传输技术研究

摘要 绿色环保通信方式的提出,为环境保护提供了有益的研究方向。射频信号在传递信息的同时,携带能量可以为受限环境下的无线传感节点提供能量来源,解决传统化石能源环境污染的问题,作为一种共享频谱的资源收集渠道受到了关注。传统的射频信号受功率转换效率以及能量收集技术的限制,从射频信号中捕获的能量密度较低,频谱使用率不足导致输出电压低,无法大范围使用。基于此,该文分别从软硬件方面进行改进,通过天线设计、整流设计以及阻抗匹配电路进行设计,同时对能量传输机制以及信道分配进行优化,进而实现低功耗节点射频供能高效传输,最后通过实验仿真并与其他方案进行对比,验证系统的有效性。 The proposal of green communication provides a useful research direction for environmental protection.While transmitting information, radio frequency signals can carry energy to provide energy sources for wireless sensor nodes in restricted environments and solve the problem of environmental pollution of traditional fossil energy sources. It has attracted attention as a resource collection channel that shares spectrum. Traditional radio frequency signals are limited by power conversion efficiency and energy harvesting technology. The energy density captured from the RF signal is low and the spectrum utilization is insufficient, resulting in low output voltage and can not be used in a wide range. Based on this, this paper improves from the aspects of software and hardware, designs through antenna design, rectifier design and impedance matching circuit, optimizes the energy transmission mechanism and channel allocation, and then realizes the efficient transmission of RF energy supply of low-power nodes. Finally,through experimental simulation and comparison with other schemes, the effectiveness of the system is verified.
