摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校学生把知识运用于实践当中的重要途径,也是锻炼技能的必经过程。然而,在顶岗实习中,学生会出现认知偏差、自卑、孤独、焦虑、人际交往障碍等心理问题,针对学生自身、学校、家庭、企业等方面分析并在学生、学校、企业、家庭、政府等方面提出了相应对策,以帮助学生树立正确的职业观、培养学生乐观向上心态以及积极健全的人格,为其生活以及未来的职业发展奠定坚实基础。
Post practice is an important way for students in higher vocational colleges to apply knowledge to practice and also a necessary process for training skills. However, in the post practice, students will have psychological problems such as cognitive deviation, inferiority complex, loneliness, anxiety and interpersonal communication obstacles. According to the analysis of students themselves, schools, families and enterprises, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures in students, schools, enterprises, families and governments, so as to help students establish a correct professional outlook cultivate students’ optimistic attitude and positive and sound personality, and lay a solid foundation for their life and future career development.
