摘要
在社会不断进步的背景下,企业之间的竞争,已经转化为人才的较量,再加上电力企业对于人才的需求量逐渐增多,电力企业在招聘人才时,需要使用相对科学、比较合理的薪酬管理方式,而高质量的绩效考核,能够增加电力企业对人才的吸引力,使电力企业招聘更多优秀的人才,从而为电力企业的高速发展提供人才支撑。该文首先分析了绩效考核在电力企业薪酬管理中的作用,其次探讨了优化电力企业薪酬管理中绩效考核的方式,以期对相关研究具有一定的参考价值。
Under the background of continuous social progress, the competition between enterprises has been transformed into talent competition. In addition, the demand for talents by power enterprises is gradually increasing.When recruiting talents, power enterprises need to use relatively scientific and reasonable salary management methods, and high-quality performance appraisal can increase the attraction of power enterprises to talents, enable power enterprises to recruit more excellent talents, so as to provide talent support for the rapid development of power enterprises. This paper first analyzes the role of performance appraisal in the salary management of power enterprises,and then discusses the way to optimize the performance appraisal in the salary management of power enterprises, in order to have a certain reference value for relevant research.
