应用型高校科研育人培养模式探索与实践——以玉林师范学院园林专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 培养高素质应用型人才是地方高校的根本任务,探索与深化人才培养模式也成为了各大地方高校日益关注和重视的问题。该文以玉林师范学院生物与制药学院园林专业为例,分别从培养目标、培养内容、专业特色建设、方案实施等方面进行探讨,阐述了园林专业复合型人才的培养,要围绕学生的科研创新能力、园林学科特点、导师制度等内容开展;同时打造优秀教师教学团队模式,实现校企共育模式,打造新型的卓越农林人才模式等进行园林专业特色建设;此外,改革园林理论课教学方式,实施科研助手制度,育人于科研实践。 Cultivating high-quality applied talents is the fundamental task of local colleges and universities. Exploring and deepening the talent training model has also become an issue of increasing concern and attention of major local colleges and universities. This paper takes the Landscape major of Yulin Normal University as an example, and discusses from the aspects of training objectives, training content, professional feature construction, and program implementation. It explains that the cultivation of compound talents in the gardening profession should be carried out around the students’ scientific research and innovation ability, the characteristics of gardening disciplines, and the tutor system;at the same time, create an excellent teacher teaching team model, realize the school-enterprise coeducation model, and create a new model of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents;in addition, we need to reform the teaching methods of garden theory courses, implement the scientific research assistant system, and educate people in scientific research practice.
