摘要
金属工艺学作为一门理论知识与实际生产结合紧密的综合性专业必修课程,承担着培养学生综合素质能力为后续工作打基础的重要作用。然而,目前的课程讲授中存在着课时紧张、理论与实践结合不够紧密、学生兴趣度不高以及课程考察相对刻板等问题,使得其与培养创新人才的目标渐行渐远。因此,该文从创新型人才培养角度出发,在教学方法、教学内容以及考察方式这3个方面探索改革模式,发挥学生的主体地位,提高学生的参与度,引导其积极思考,最终提高学生创新意识与综合能力。
Metal Technology, as a comprehensive compulsory course with close combination of theoretical knowledge and practical production, plays an important role in cultivating students’ comprehensive quality and ability and laying a foundation for the follow-up work. However, there are some problems in the current course, such as less class hours, insufficient combination of theory and practice, low students’ interest and relatively rigid course investigation, which makes it far away from the goal of cultivating innovative talents. Therefore, this article explore the reform mode in three aspects: teaching methods, teaching contents and investigation methods from the perspective of innovative talent training, giving full play to students’ dominant position, improve students’ participation, and guide them to think actively. Finally, improve students’ innovative consciousness and comprehensive ability.
