大数据时代高校辅导员学生管理工作探究

伴随着社会生活的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,每个人的综合素质也在不断提升。大数据作为当前最为新颖的技术层面概念,其不但对于国家的经济和工业有着重要的推进作用,而且对于高校辅导员学生教育管理工作也有一定的影响。高校辅导员学生教育管理工作信息化,主要是把在辅导员对学生教育管理工作过程中产生的数据资料,利用信息系统进行了收集、整合,并把这些资料作为高校辅导员进行工作决策的依据,其在一定的程度上促进了高校辅导员学生教育管理工作的开展,提升了学生管理工作进行的效率,但是实际上高校没有对学生教育管理工作过程产生的信息数据进行深入的价值开发,在大数据时代环境下,这个问题能够得到有效的解决,因此基于大数据时代环境下高校辅导员学生管理工作的研究,有着积极的现实意义。
