摘要
石墨材料是碳材料的重要组成,由于具有多种优良的物理特性而得到广泛的应用,不同的掺杂可以改变石墨材料的光电性能。文章模拟计算了纯石墨和掺杂不同个数硅原子的石墨材料对光的反射和吸收特性,通过对纯石墨材料和Si掺杂石墨烯材料对光的反射和吸吸收对比得出:掺杂了Si原子后,石墨材料的光反射率和吸光性能都降低,并都随着掺杂Si原子浓度提升而持续降低。
Graphite material is an important component of carbon material,and has been widely used due to its many excellent physical properties.Different doping can change the photoelectric performance of graphite material.The article simulates and calculates the light reflection and absorption characteristics of pure graphite and graphite materials doped with different numbers of silicon atoms.By comparing the light reflection and absorption absorption of pure graphite material and Si-doped graphene material,after Si atoms are added,the light reflectivity and light absorption properties of graphite materials are reduced,and they continue to decrease as the concentration of doped Si atoms increases.
