摘要
针对当前工业固废利用率低的问题,以固废粉煤灰、水泥、石英砂和石英粉为原材料,H_(2)O_(2)溶液为发泡剂,采用化学发泡的方法制备一种新型固废粉煤灰泡沫混凝土。研究水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、集料掺量对抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:随着水胶比、粉煤灰掺量和集料掺量的增加,新型固废粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的7 d,14 d和28 d抗压强度呈现先提升后降低的趋势,28 d抗压强度与水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、集料掺量的函数关系式拟合程度良好。
Using cement,fly ash,quartz sand and quartz powder as raw materials and H_(2)O_(2) solution as foaming agent,a new type of fly ash foam concrete with density grade A08 was prepared by chemical foaming.The effects of water binder ratio,fly ash content and aggregate content on compressive strength are studied,and the corresponding functional relationship is established.Finally,the significance of each factor on compressive strength is analyzed by grey entropy.The results show that,with the increase of water binder ratio,fly ash content and aggregate content,the compressive strength of 7 d,14 d and 28 d of new type of fly ash foam concrete presents a trend of first rise and then decrease.The 28 d compressive strength has a good fitting degree with the function ratio of water binder ratio,fly ash content and aggregate content.
