摘要
基于“成果导向教育”理念,以课程教学环节为主线,构建了线上线下混合式教学模式,各教学环节形成有机结合的运行机制。通过构建动态多元化测评体系,实现课程教学成果时时跟踪功能,查漏补缺,及时修订教学内容和教学方法,并建立了课程教学成果目标达成度评价计算方法,根据达成度分析评价结果,实施持续改进。该混合式教学模式改变了以“内容为本”的传统教学模式,充分发挥了线上线下教学的优点。
Based on the concept of“Out-Based Education”,taking the course teaching as the main line,the online and offline hybrid teaching mode is constructed,which makes the operation mechanism of each teaching link organically combined.Through the construction of dynamic and diversified evaluation system,the tracking of teaching effectiveness is realized.The teaching mode can check and make up for the deficiencies and revise the teaching contents and methods in time.The evaluation method of achievement degree of curriculum teaching achievement is established,and continuous improvement is implemented.The mixed teaching mode has changed the traditional teaching mode of“content-based”,giving full play to the advantages of online and offline teaching.
