干部教育是中国共产党发展壮大的秘诀。党自成立之日起,就注重对自己的成员进行培训教育,开始了干部教育实践,经过社会主义革命和建设时期的不断发展,在改革开放之后逐步走向制度化、规范化、科学化道路,在新时代,不断得到优化和提质。百年干部教育培训的伟大实践,为党完成不同时期的历史任务提供了源源不断的人才保证,同时也积累了丰富的历史经验。这些历史经验是党的宝贵财富,对新时代的干部教育有重要的启迪意义,特别是必须坚持马克思主义的指导地位,牢牢把握干部教育正确的政治方向;必须弘扬马克思主义学风,始终服务和服从于党和国家工作大局;必须突出主责主业,始终把党的理论教育和党性教育作为干部教育的根本内容;必须坚持从严管理,始终把全面从严治党贯穿于干部教育培训全过程。

The cadre education is a secret weapon for the development and expansion of the CPC.Since its founding,the Party has paid much attention to the training and education of the CPC members,and has started the practice of cadre education early.Through the continuous development in the periods of socialist revolution and construction,the Party’s cadre education has gradually started the course of institutionalized,normalized and scientific development,and has been optimized and improved continuously in the new era.The great practice of cadre education and training over the past century has provided sufficient manpower for the Party to accomplish the historical tasks of different periods,and meanwhile accumulated enriched historical experiences.These historical experiences are valuable wealth of the Party,and have an important enlightening meaning for the cadre education of the new era.Especially,we must firmly grasp the correct direction of cadre education,and always stick to the basic principle of cadre education serving the Party;we must carry forward the Marxist style of study,and always serve and be subject to the overall work of the Party and the country;we must stress our major responsibilities and major duties,and always treat the education on the Party’s theory and the education on party spirit as the fundamental contents of cadre education;and we must emphasize the party discipline,and always keep on comprehensively strengthening party discipline during the whole process of cadre education and training.
