党的十九大以来推进全体人民共同富裕研究述评

A Review of the Literature on Concretely Promoting Common Prosperity for Everyone since the 19th National Congress of the Party

党的十九大以来,习近平总书记提出了一系列关于新时代共同富裕的新思想,学术界围绕这些新思想进行了阐释和研究,形成了扎实推进全体人民共同富裕的新内涵、实现路径及其面临的主要挑战等研究成果,丰富拓展了新时代共同富裕的理论研究,也为在实践中逐步推进并达到这一目标奠定了基础。但是,作为新时代的重大课题和时代任务,一方面,学界仍需拓展研究视野,系统深入地研究基础性问题和突出的问题,在研究中贯彻共同富裕的原则,加强比较研究等;另一方面,全体人民共同富裕目标的实现是一个过程,学界的研究也需要根据实践的发展,在统一思想认识的基础上具体化全体人民共同富裕的实施方略,全面系统地运用马克思主义方法论进行研究,预测发展态势,防范可能出现的风险,逐步达到本世纪中叶全体人民共同富裕基本实现的目标。

Since the 19th National Congress of the Party,General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed a series of new ideas on common prosperity in the new era,and the academic circle has interpreted and studied these new ideas and produced fruitful literature on the new connotation of concretely promoting common prosperity for everyone,the paths to realize this goal and the main challenges.These studies have enriched the theory of common prosperity in the new era,and also laid a foundation for gradually approaching to and finally achieving this goal in our practice.However,common prosperity for everyone is an important issue and mission of the new era,so the academic circle need to further expand the vision of research,study the fundamental and outstanding themes systematically and deeply,adhere to the principle of common prosperity in the research,and strengthen the comparative study.On the other hand,the realization of the goal of common prosperity for everyone is a process,and so the academic research should,according to the development of practice and based on the common understanding,work out the implementation strategy of common prosperity for everyone,comprehensively and systematically apply the Marxist methodology into the research,predict the trend of development and prevent possible risks,so as to gradually achieve the goal of common prosperity for everyone in the main by the middle of this century.
