以执业药师培养为导向的药理学教学改革

药理学是执业药师资格考试的必考核心课程之一,医药高等院校作为培养执业药师的摇篮,如何将执业药师培养与药理学教学有机结合,成为药理学教学改革中亟待解决的问题。通过系统调研药理学各知识点在执业药师资格考试中的分布和应用情况,教学团队从“课证融合”教学理念、教学内容、教学手段、考核体系、高素质“双师型”教师队伍建设等多方面着手,以执业药师培养为导向构建基于“课证融合”的药学专业药理学课程建设框架,为提高药理学教学质量及执业药师资格考试通过率奠定基础,将“知识型”药学专业人才逐步培养、转变为高素质的“应用型”药学服务人才,高效服务社会,实现适应现代社会发展的高素质药学人才的培养目标。

Pharmacology is one of the core courses required for the qualification examination of licensed pharmacists.How to organically combine the training of licensed pharmacists with pharmacology teaching has become an urgent problem to be solved in the reform of pharmacology teaching in medical colleges and universities which is as the cradle of cultivating licensed pharmacists.Through the investigation of the distribution and application of various knowledge points of pharmacology in the qualification examination for licensed pharmacists,The teaching team is constructing“integration of courses and certificate”teaching philosophy,teaching content,teaching means,assessment system and high quality dual-qualification teaching staff,and building a curriculum framework guided by training of licensed pharmacists for improving the quality of pharmacology teaching and the passing rate of licensed pharmacists qualification examinations,gradually cultivating and transforming“Knowledge-based”pharmacy professionals into high-quality“applied”pharmacy service talents who can serve the society efficiently,and realizing the training goal of high-quality pharmacy talents who adapt to the development of modern society.
