“三明治法”在研究生高效液相色谱法教学中的应用

Application of Sandwich Teaching Method in High Performance Liquid Chromatography Course for Postgraduates

为了加强研究生教学改革,提升学生的感性认识,在研究生色谱分析课程—高效液相色谱法(HPLC)一节的教学中采用了“三明治法”。实践证明,与单纯的理论教学法相比,将“三明治法”应用于研究生的HPLC教学,不仅提升了学生重点操作技能的掌握,而且有利于发挥学生的主动性,提高了教学效果。

In order to strengthen postgraduate teaching reform and improve students perceptual understanding,the sandwich teaching method was adopted in the teaching of High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)for postgraduates.Practice has proved that,compared with the pure theoretical teaching method,applying the sandwich method to the HPLC teaching of postgraduates not only improves students’mastery of key operation skills,but also helps to develop students initiative and improves the teaching effect.
