摘要
双减政策的出台与顺利实施,离不开家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育的通力合作,构建家校社合作育人机制越来越成为教育改革的重要方向。文章首先分析了家校社协同育人机制的内涵,探析双减政策下构建家校社协同育人机制的必要性以及要遵循的原则,对双减政策下家校社协同育人机制的构建进行思考:完善相关立法、发挥政府主导,更新育人观念、提高协同能力,理清责任划分、避免错位缺位,拓宽合作方式、完善协作组织,加强信息建设、建构互动平台等,形成教育合力,构建良好的教育生态,使教育回归本质。
The introduction and smooth implementation of the double reduction policy cannot be separated from the full cooperation of family education,school education and social education.The construction of home-school and social cooperative education mechanism has become more and more an important direction of education reform.This paper first analyzes the connotation of the cooperative education mechanism,the necessity and to follow the principle,to the construction of cooperative education mechanism:improve the relevant legislation,government leading,update education concept,improve collaborative ability,clarify responsibility division,avoid dislocation,broaden cooperation,improve cooperative organization,strengthen information construction,construct interactive platform,form education force,build good education ecology,make education return to the essence.
