齐齐哈尔市冰雪体育旅游公共服务供给模式创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Public Service Supply Mode of Snow and Ice Sports Tourism in Qiqihar City

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对齐齐哈尔市冰雪体育旅游公共服务供给模式的现状、存在的弊端以及供给模式创新的必要性进行分析。结果显示:冰雪体育旅游公共服务供给模式存在综合改革的现实压力较大、市场力量难以得到充分体现、需求表达传达效率不足、公共服务供给监管机制不够完善等弊端,基于以上现状分析进而创新冰雪体育旅游公共服务供给模式,促使齐齐哈尔市能充分利用自身的现有独特的资源优势,抓住供给侧改革机遇,提升冰雪体育旅游产业核心竞争力。

By means of literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation,existing disadvantages and the necessity of innovation of public service supply mode of ice and snow sports tourism in Qiqihar.The result shows:the ice and snow sports tourism public service supply mode of comprehensive reform present pressure and market forces are difficult to get fully embody,insufficient demand expression convey efficiency,the imperfection of the public service supply regulation mechanism,based on the above analysis of the situation,in turn,ice and snow sports tourism public service supply mode innovation,prompting Qiqihar city can make full use of the resources of its own unique advantages,seize the reform of supply side opportunities,ice and snow sports tourism industry core competitiveness.
