初探幼师美术本土化教学原则与模式

摘要 在幼师的美术教学中开发利用本土美术资源的巨大优势就是开发途径和实施方式的灵活多样性,鼓励教师走出去,整合课内与课外美术资源,且注重各学科之间的综合性,保持本土文化的原汁原味。在学生学习过程中注重引导学生合作学习、探究学习和自主学习的能力,在绘画技能提高的同时,培养其对本土美术资源开发与利用的意识与能力。 In the art teaching of preschool teachers,the great advantage of developing and utilizing local art resources is the flexible diversity of development approaches and implementation methods,encouraging teachers to go out,integrating in class and extracurricular art resources,paying attention to the comprehensiveness of various disciplines and maintaining the original flavor of local culture.In the process of students'learning,we should pay attention to guiding students'abilities of cooperative learning,inquiry learning and independent learning,and cultivate their awareness and ability of the development and utilization of local art resources while improving their painting skills.
