摘要
以重庆C大学的调查数据为基础,采用二元Logistic回归模型对高校教师职业压力的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:学生行为、角色冲突、人际关系和自身能力对高校教师职业压力均有显著影响,而婚恋情况对高校教师职业压力的影响不显著。在学生行为方面,所教学生存在不良行为的高校教师的职业压力更大;在教师角色方面,担当多重角色的高校教师职业压力更大;在人际关系方面,人际关系越紧张的高校教师职业压力越大;在自身能力方面,自我期待与自身能力越不匹配的教师职业压力越大。
With the popularization of higher education,the professional pressure of college teachers has aroused the attention of scholars at home and abroad.Based on the survey data of Chongqing C University,the dual logistic regression model is used to conduct empirical analysis on the influencing factors of college teachers’professional stress.The results show that student behaviors,role conflicts,interpersonal relationships and their own abilities all have a significant impact on the professional pressure of college teachers,while the relationship between marriage and love has no significant impact on the professional pressure of college teachers.In terms of student behavior,college teachers whose teaching lives in bad behaviors have greater professional pressure,In terms of teacher roles,college teachers who play multiple roles have greater professional pressure,In terms of interpersonal relationships,college teachers whose interpersonal relationships are tenser the greater professional pressure,In terms of their own abilities,the teacher have greater professional pressure whose self-expectations do not match their own abilities.
