大学新生社交焦虑与述情障碍的关系:自尊的中介作用

The Relationship Between College Freshmen’s Social Anxiety and Alexithymia:the Mediating Role of Self-esteem

为探讨大学新生社交焦虑与述情障碍之间的关系及自尊在其中的作用机制,本研究采用社交焦虑量表、自尊量表、述情障碍量表对3996名大学新生进行调查。结果发现:(1)部分大学新学生存在述情障碍的现象,女生的述情障碍较男生更明显。(2)自尊分别与社交焦虑、述情障碍呈显著负相关,社交焦虑与述情障碍呈显著正相关。(3)社交焦虑会影响大学新生的述情障碍,自尊在其中起到部分中介作用。

In order to explore the relationship between social anxiety and alexithymia and the mechanism of self-esteem,3996 college freshmen were investigated by social anxiety scale,self-esteem scale and Alexithymia Scale.The results show that:(1)some new college students have alexithymia,and the alexithymia of girls is more obvious than that of boys.(2)Self esteem was negatively correlated with social anxiety and alexithymia,and social anxiety is positively correlated with alexithymia.(3)Social anxiety will affect college freshmen’s alexithymia,in which self-esteem plays a mediating role.
