经济法视域下新农村建设中农民权益保护的分析

Analysis of Farmers' Rights and Interests in New Rural Construction under Economic Law

通过经济法视角对农村建设中所出现的农民权益问题进行分析,可以发现农民仍旧面临土地所有权及其衍生问题、农民生活保障问题、农村金融服务问题,需要当地政府以及相关机构在公正公平、均衡协调、限制促进相结合的原则下,进一步明确农村土地所有权以及集体经济分配制度、加强对于农民生活保障、优化农村金融服务,从而推升新农村建设,保障农民基本权益。

Through the economic perspective of the rural construction, we can find that farmers still face land ownership and derivative problems, farmers life security, rural financial services, the local government and related institutions in the fair, balance, coordination, promote the principle, further clear rural land ownership and collective economic distribution system,strengthen the farmers life guarantee, optimize the rural financial services, thus pushing the new rural construction, protect farmers’ basic rights and interests.
