Spleen deficiency leading to the dysfunction of grease transfer is the core pathogenesis of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.As the"second genome"of human body,intestinal flora plays an important role in the absorption,transportation and utilization of intestinal lipids.The steady-state imbalance of intestinal flora is the key link of the disturbance of lipid transfer in spleen deficiency ointment.From the point of view of lipid metabolism driven by intestinal flora,it has gradually become the focus of basic and clinical research to reveal the pathogenesis of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease in order to improve the level of prevention and treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.From the point of view of phosphatidylcholine/ApoA-Ⅰ/HDL subclass metabolism targeted by intestinal flora,this paper deeply analyzed the molecular biological basis of dysfunction of spleen in transportation,intestinal flora imbalance and dysfunction of grease transfer,so as to provide a new research strategy and scientific basis for screening spleen-invigorating and lipid-lowering herbs with intestinal flora-driven phosphatidylcholine/ApoA-Ⅰ/HDL subclass metabolism as an effective target and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.
