獐牙菜苷的药理作用及其机制研究进展

Research Progress on Pharmacological Activities and Mechanism of Sweroside

獐牙菜苷是秦艽、青叶胆、金银花等许多中药材的活性成分,现代研究证明其具有保肝、抗炎、抗肿瘤、保护骨关节、保护心脑血管、抑制黑色素、降糖等广泛药理活性。通过中国知网、万方医学网、pubmed等数据库对其药理作用及机制进行了综述,并对其开发前景进行了展望,希望为其进一步开发利用提供依据。

Sweroside is the active ingredient of many Chinese medicinal materials such as Qinjiao(Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix),Qingyedan(Swertiae Mileensis Herba),Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos),etc.Modern studies have proved that it has a wide range of pharmacological activities,such as liver protection,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,protection of bone and joints,protection of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,inhibition of melanin,hypoglycemia and so on.In this paper,the pharmacological action and mechanism of the drug were summarized through databases such as CNKI,Wanfang medical network and PubMed,and the prospect of its development was prospected,hoping to provide a basis for its further development and utilization.
