肾炎舒片联合缬沙坦胶囊对老年高血压肾病微炎症状态、营养不良及肾功能的影响

Effect of Shenyanshu Tablet(肾炎舒片)Combined with Valsartan Capsule on Micro Inflammation,Malnutrition and Renal Function in Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Nephropathy

目的研究肾炎舒片联合缬沙坦胶囊对老年高血压肾病患者微炎症状态、营养不良及肾功能的影响。方法临床纳入2019年3月—2020年3月期间医院收治的174例高血压肾病老年患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为3组各58例。缬沙坦组患者单纯采用缬沙坦胶囊治疗;肾炎舒组患者单纯采用肾炎舒片治疗;联合组患者采用缬沙坦胶囊联合肾炎舒片治疗。观察3组患者微炎症状态、营养情况、肾功能情况以及不良反应情况。结果治疗前3组患者hs-CRP和TNF-α水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合组hs-CRP和TNF-α水平均低于缬沙坦组和肾炎舒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);缬沙坦组和肾炎舒组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前3组患者ALB、TF、PA以及Hb水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合组上述各指标水平均高于缬沙坦组和肾炎舒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);缬沙坦组和肾炎舒组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前3组患者SCr、BUN以及UAER水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合组上述指标水平均低于缬沙坦组和肾炎舒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);缬沙坦组和肾炎舒组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者不良反应包括头晕、头痛、心悸和恶心呕吐。3组患者不良反应发生率对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾炎舒片联合缬沙坦胶囊能有效改善老年高血压患者的肾功能,提高患者营养水平,降低炎症因子水平,且不良反应较少,安全性高,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To study the effect of Shenyanshu Tablet(肾炎舒片)combined with Valsartan Capsule on micro inflammation,malnutrition and renal function in elderly patients with hypertensive nephropathy.Methods A total of 174 elderly patients with hypertensive nephropathy admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into three groups with 58 cases in each group.Patients in the Valsartan Capsule group were treated with Valsartan Capsule alone.Those in Shenyanshu Tablet group were treated with Shenyanshu Tablet alone.Patients in the combination group were treated with Valsartan Capsule combined with Shenyanshu Tablet.The micro inflammatory state,nutritional status,renal function and adverse reactions of the three groups were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of hs-CRP or TNF-αamong the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and TNF-αin the combined group were lower than those in the Valsartan Capsule group and Shenyanshu Tablet group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the Valsartan Capsule group and Shenyanshu Tablet group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in levels of ALB,TF,PA or Hb among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of the above indicators in the combination group were higher than those in the Valsartan Capsule group and Shenyanshu Tablet group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the Valsartan Capsule group and Shenyanshu Tablet group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in levels of SCR,BUN or UAER among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of the above indicators in the combination group were lower than those in the Valsartan Capsule group and Shenyanshu Tablet group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the Valsartan Capsule group and Shenyanshu Tablet group(P>0.05).Adverse reactions included dizziness,headache,palpitation,nausea and vomiting.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenyanshu Tablet combined with Valsartan Capsule can effectively improve the renal function of elderly patients with hypertension,improve the nutritional level of patients,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and has few adverse reactions and high safety.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
