百蕊颗粒结合头孢丙烯治疗急性扁桃体炎的疗效及对血清炎性因子水平的影响

Effect of Bairui Granule(百蕊颗粒)Combined with Cefprozil in Treatment of Acute Tonsillitis Children and Levels of Serum Inflammatory Factors

目的探讨百蕊颗粒和头孢丙烯联合使用对急性扁桃体炎患儿临床治疗效果及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法医院儿科收治的150例急性扁桃体炎患儿根据数字表法分为对照组和观察组各75例。两组患儿入院后给予常规检查,对照组患儿给予头孢丙烯片口服治疗,观察组患儿给予头孢丙烯片和百蕊颗粒联合治疗,对比两组患儿临床治疗效果、退热时间、咽喉部症状消退时间、脓性分泌物消失时间、不良反应发生率,对比两组患儿治疗前后的疼痛程度和睡眠质量。结果观察组患儿临床总有效率(98.67%,74/75)和对照组(82.67%,62/75)比较明显较高,观察组患儿退热时间[(2.48±0.19)d]、咽喉部症状消退时间[(2.83±0.21)d]、脓性分泌物消失时间[(2.41±0.17)d]和对照组患儿退热时间[(4.79±0.38)d]、咽喉部症状消退时间[(4.01±0.36)d]、脓性分泌物消失时间[(3.35±0.24)d]比较明显较短,观察组患儿治疗后疼痛评分[(2.37±0.21)分]、睡眠质量评分[(3.35±0.26)分]和对照组疼痛评分[(5.14±0.48)分]、睡眠质量评分[(6.67±0.59)分]比较明显较低,观察组患儿治疗后血清hs-CRP[(2.55±0.23)mg/L]、PCT[(1.48±0.13)ng/mL]、IL-6[(31.28±2.73)ng/L]、TNF-α[(11.28±1.07)ng/L]、IL-17水平[(11.21±1.01)ng/L]和对照组血清hs-CRP[(4.72±0.42)mg/L]、PCT[(4.37±0.39)ng/mL]、IL-6[(45.19±3.98)ng/L]、TNF-α[(17.39±1.65)ng/L]、IL-17水平[(14.78±1.36)ng/L]比较明显较低,观察组患儿降低程度更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未出现严重不良反应。结论急性扁桃体炎患儿采用百蕊颗粒和头孢丙烯联合治疗,能明显改善临床不适症状,减轻疼痛和炎症反应,提高睡眠质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bairui Granule(百蕊颗粒)combined with cefprozil on clinical treatment and serum inflammatory factors in children with acute tonsillitis.Methods A total of 150 children with acute tonsillitis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of digital table,75 cases in each group.Two groups were given routine examination after admission.The control group’s children were given Cefprozil Tablet orally,and the observation group’s children were given Cefprozil Tablet and Bairui Granule.The children’s clinical treatment effect,antipyretic time,pharyngeal and laryngeal symptoms subside time,purulent secretion disappearing time and adverse reaction rate of two groups were compared.The pain and sleep quality of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate(98.67%,74/75)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.67%,62/75).The time of fever relief[(2.48±0.19)d],the time of throat symptom relief[(2.83±0.21)d]and the time of purulent secretion relief[(2.41±0.17)d]in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group[the time of fever relief(4.79±0.38)d,the time of throat symptom relief(4.01±0.36)d,the time of purulent secretion relief(3.35±0.24)d].The scores of pain[(2.37±0.21)points]and sleep quality[(3.35±0.26)points]in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group[scores of pain(5.14±0.48)points and sleep quality(6.67±0.59)points].The serum levels of hs-CRP[(2.55±0.23)mg/L],PCT[(1.48±0.13)ng/mL],IL-6[(31.28±2.73)ng/L],TNF-α[(11.28±1.07)ng/L]and IL-17[(11.21±1.01)ng/L]in the observation group were significantly lower than those[hs-CRP(4.72±0.42)mg/L,PCT(4.37±0.39)ng/mL,IL-6(45.19±3.98)ng/L,TNF-α(17.39±1.65)ng/L and IL-17(14.78±1.36)ng/L]in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious side effects in both groups.Conclusion The combination of Bairui Granule and cefprozil can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,relieve the pain and inflammatory reaction,and improve the sleep quality of children with acute tonsillitis.
