茵栀黄口服液对慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效及退黄作用机制

Efficacy of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid(茵栀黄口服液)on Hepatitis Patients and Its Mechanism

目的研究茵栀黄口服液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及相关退黄作用机制。方法抽选2019年4月—2020年10月收入院并完成治疗的182例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行调研分析,采用统计学随机数字表法,将研究对象分为研究组和对照组,每组91例,对照组予以常规西药疗法,研究组在对照组基础上加用茵栀黄口服液治疗;治疗后比较两组患者临床疗效、血清肝功指标、胆红素水平以及血清炎症指标。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率95.60%(87/91)明显高于对照组74.73%(68/91),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;两组治疗后肝功能指标碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL),炎症指标C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)均显著低于治疗前,且研究组各项指标水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论茵栀黄口服液治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著,可有效恢复肝功,控制炎症;其退黄机制可能与降低胆红素水平相关。

Objective To study the curative effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid(茵栀黄口服液)in the treatment of hepatitis and the related mechanism of jaundice reduction.Methods A total of 182 cases of hepatitis who were admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 and completed the treatment were selected for investigation and analysis.By using statistical random number table method,the subjects were divided into study group and control group,91 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,serum liver function indexes,bilirubin levels and serum inflammation indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate(95.60%,87/91)in the study group was significantly higher than that(74.73%,68/91)in the control group(P<0.05).The liver function indexes(ALP,GGT,TBA,ALT),bilirubin(TBIL,DBIL and IBIL)and inflammation indicators(CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)were significantly lower than before treatment,and the levels of indicators in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid has a significant effect on hepatitis,which can effectively restore liver function and control inflammation.Its jaundice reduction mechanism may be related to the reduction of bilirubin levels.
