摘要 目前,我国电气自动化技术进入飞速发展时期,电气化设备的应用也越来越广泛。为了科学监测电气设备运动情况,实现智能化控制,技术人员把PLC和变频器运用在电气设备中,根据设备需求来选择变频器与PLC模块型号,科学降低电气自动化设备成本,利用PLC软件编写智能化程序,真正实现智能化控制,实现PLC系统与变频器的通信协议,排除线路干扰与故障,保障电源正常供电,保障电气设备安全、平稳运行,保障企业经济效益,促进我国电气自动化技术发展。 With the implementation of the"Made in China 2025"strategy,electrical automation technology has entered a period of rapid development,and the application of electrified equipment has become more and more extensive.In order to scientifically monitor the movement of electrical equipment and realize intelligent control,technicians use PLC and inverter in electrical equipment,select inverter and PLC module models according to equipment requirements,scientifically reduce the cost of electrical automation equipment,and use PLC software to write intelligent It can realize intelligent control,realize the communication protocol between PLC system and inverter,eliminate line interference and faults,ensure normal power supply of power supply,ensure safe and stable operation of electrical equipment,ensure economic benefits of enterprises,and promote the development of electrical automation technology in China.
