摘要
现役海上无人值守井口平台,受相关产品设计制约,井口控制盘无法做到关断后的远程复位,必须人员登临无人平台手动重启生产流程。在遇到恶劣天气情况下,操作人员不能及时登临平台操作,且存在一定的风险,对平台生产有较大影响。为保障平台产量,需开展平台井口控制盘远程操控研究,实现在有人平台对无人平台的远程复位操作。
Restricted by the design of relevant products,the wellhead control panel of the active offshore unattended wellhead platform cannot be remotely reset after shutdown.Personnel must log on to the unmanned platform to manually restart the production process.In case of bad weather,the operators can not board the platform in time for operation,and there are certain risks,which has a great impact on the production of the platform.In order to ensure the output of the platform,the research on remote control of the wellhead control panel of the platform is carried out to realize the remote reset operation of the unmanned platform on the manned platform.
