机电自动化控制系统的一体化设计

摘要 我国制造业已经跃居为世界第一,制造业的兴起使得各项新的科学技术被应用于各领域生产中,这也推动了各行各业的发展。在生产制造领域,随着机电自动化控制技术的广泛应用,大幅提升了生产效率,很大程度上为该行业发展提供助力。当前来看,未来机电自动化技术市场前景将十分广阔,也是企业竞争的焦点所在。基于此,文章首先阐述机电控制系统与自动控制技术的基本特点,分析自动控制技术一体化设计要点,最后提出了机电自动化控制系统的一体化设计的方法。 My country's manufacturing industry has jumped to the first place in the world.The rise of manufacturing industry has made various new science and technology applied in various fields of production,which has also promoted the development of all walks of life.In the field of production and manufacturing,with the wide application of electromechanical automation control technology,the production efficiency has been greatly improved,and to a large extent,it has provided great help for the development of the industry.From the perspective of the development status of electromechanical automation technology,in the future stage,the market prospect of electromechanical automation technology is very broad,and it is also the focus of future enterprise competition.Based on this,the basic characteristics of electromechanical control system and automatic control technology are expounded first,and the main points of integrated design of automatic control technology are analyzed.Finally,the method of integrated design of electromechanical automatic control system is proposed.
