水利工程建设过程中,为保障周围安全,避免堤坝决口等不良情况的出现,应合理应用相应防洪抢险技术,以此保障水利工程能够有效预防各种淹没、滑坡问题,并能够应对洪水灾害。基于此,结合实际水利工程建设过程中可能出现的安全问题,明确了实际工程建设时所需要使用到的防洪抢险技术,最后针对防洪堤和防洪墙两种技术措施的实际应用展开详细探讨。

In the process of water conservancy project construction,in order to ensure the safety of the surrounding areas and avoid the occurrence of undesirable situations such as embankment breaches,the corresponding flood prevention and rescue technology should be reasonably applied to ensure that the water conservancy project can effectively prevent various flooding and landslide problems,and can cope with flood disasters.Based on this,combined with the safety problems that may occur in the construction of actual water conservancy projects,the flood prevention and rescue technology that needs to be used in the actual construction of the project is clarified,and finally the practical application of the two technical measures of the flood control embankment and the flood control wall is discussed in detail.
