摘要
附着式脚手架为高层建筑的施工提供了良好的施工平台和作业层临边防护,具有较高的整体稳定性和安全系数,且可以上下调整高度,因此附着式脚手架在高层建筑工程施工中日益受到工作人员的关注和应用。但是高层建筑工程施工由于高度限制,导致附着式脚手架受到风水平荷载更大,引起附着式升降脚手架的变形位移及受力破坏。以盐铁佳苑项目使用的DX-09型集成式全钢附着升降脚手架为研究对象,分析风荷载作用下高层建筑附着式升降脚手架的时程响应,建立三维模型进行数值分析,根据计算结果对架体与塔吊附墙、施工电梯、卸料平台等特殊部位提出处理措施。
the attached scaffold provides a good construction platform and working layer edge protection for the construction of high-rise buildings.It has high overall stability and safety factor,and can adjust the height up and down.Therefore,the attached scaffold is increasingly concerned and applied by workers in the construction of high-rise buildings.However,due to the height limitation in the construction of high-rise buildings,the attached scaffold is subjected to greater wind and water horizontal load,resulting in the deformation,displacement and stress damage of the attached lifting scaffold.Taking the dx-09 integrated all steel attached lifting scaffold used in Yantie Jiayuan project as the research object,the time history response of the attached lifting scaffold of high-rise buildings under wind load is analyzed,a three-dimensional model is established for numerical analysis,and the treatment measures are put forward for the special parts of the frame and tower crane attached wall,construction elevator,unloading platform and so on according to the calculation results.
